Great Golf and Even Greater People : Lubumbashi Open 2025

Elba Afrika was proud to be a sponsor of the 46th Open International Golf Tournament of Lubumbashi, held from 2 to 4 October 2025 at the iconic Golf Club Lubumbashi. This much anticipated event brought together professional and amateur players, business leaders and community partners from across the DRC, Zambia and beyond for three days of spirited competition, connection and celebration.

From early tee offs to the grand closing ceremony, the tournament offered something for everyone, including prize money for top professionals, a lively intercity challenge, daily “best approach” awards, a long drive contest and vibrant networking opportunities both on and off the green.

While some showcased serious golf talent, others may have shone more brightly in the clubhouse conversations,, but the spirit of the event was unmistakable: collaborative, welcoming and full of positive energy.
